Who we are
New Forest Decor & Garden provides decorating, garden and property care services across the New Forest and Hampshire. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. You can contact us at info@newforestdecorandgarden.co.uk or on 07488 314145.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, address or area, details of the work and any photos you send.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange visits and carry out work you’ve asked us to do.
- To keep records needed for invoicing, tax and insurance.
We use your information because it is needed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to carry out that contract, and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We only share information with the services that help us run the business — for example our email provider and our website host, Netlify, which receives quote requests sent through this website — and where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to work we carry out are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
